Beliefs are agreements we make with reality.
Everyone has beliefs and most are formed early in our lives.
The good news is…beliefs can be changed!
In today’s episode with Aimee Raupp we talk about body beliefs and how they can be change to radically transform autoimmune issues.
Most people have hostile thoughts about themselves.
Its natural thing for us to be our own worst critic but it often point it becomes detrimental.
How does this play into autoimmune conditions?
Autoimmunity is when the body attacks itself. If we’re attacking ourselves with hostiles thoughts, its not difficult to see how it can physically manifest.
Autoimmune is more prevalent in women than men.
Why is this so?
A few weeks ago, I posted a quote from Aimee as I was editing the podcast interview.
Here’s what Aimee said, “as women we become somehow our own worst critics.”
Women in our society have to live up to some high, unreachable standards.
If you couple those standards with the criticism they place on themselves, you can see why autoimmunity is high.
Autoimmune conditions in women are physical in nature, but what you’ll find out in today’s podcast is they always seem to have emotional undertones.

Inside The Episode
On the first podcast I did with Aimee a few years ago, we discovered we were both followers of the Abraham Hicks teachings.
Abraham Hicks is a group of collective souls channeled by Esther Hicks.
I know it may be a little to ”woo woo” for some but using these principles I have been able to transform my life. I’ve seen a ton of people transfer theirs as well.
Aimee teaches these same principles to her clients and has witness various miracles in fertility and healing.
I can honestly say I love interviewing Aimee and this podcast is filled with great energy.
