As the new year starts, new diets start. The biggest resolution for almost everyone is to get rid of unwanted pounds.
The effort starts with the best of intentions and slowly “peters” out as time passes.
Willpower goes out the window and with it intentions, and before you know it old habits reconvene. The diet merry go round is tough!
Most people enter the ketogenic diet from the same realm as other weight loss reduction strategies.
There idea is to try the diet as a quick weight loss method and for those who do it right, it works.
Doing it “right” being the optimal word.
There are many others who fail with “Keto” because it takes a little bit more discipline than other weight loss methods and rightfully so.
What other diet boast claims like:
* Decreasing inflammation ( inflammation is the catalyst for all disease)
* Halting Cancer Growth
* Preventing Heart Disease
* Stabilizing Hormones
* Gaining Muscle and Improving Endurance
These are just a few. The Ketogenic (Keto) could be aptly named the “do it all diet” as it has numerous health benefits.

Who is Stephanie Person
Stephanie Person’s Ketogenic Diet expertise is completely self taught.
After Stephanie’s mother was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma Multiforme brain tumor, she was given six months to live.
This prompted Stephanie to take an aggressive approach to finding ways to slow cancer growth.
She dramatically reduced her mother’s carbohydrate intake and raised her dietary fats exponentially. Her mother is now in her 7th year of being cancer free.
After success with her mom, Stephanie began applying Nutritional Ketosis principles on herself.
She was able to successfully maintain ketosis and enjoyed the health improvements it produced.
She has since trained others on implementing nutritional ketosis principles and seeing the benefits it provides.

It’s an old tale you shouldn’t tell a woman’s age, but Stephanie came right out and told me she was 50.
I couldn’t believe it!
She attributes her agelessness to Keto and the vast benefits it provides including healthy skin.
Jimmy Moore told me about Stephanie many moons ago and I had forgotten about her.
Until…I was watching Youtube videos out of boredom and one of her videos “popped up” as a recommendation. Before I knew it, I was 10 videos in and almost two hours had passed.
