Who Is Tim Steele?
Tim Steele has a master’s degree in biotechnology.
After leaving the military, Tim’s weight skyrocketed to 250 pounds.
At the advice of his doctor, he switched to a diet thought to be healthy consisting of foods such as whole grains.
After following the diet for some time, he noticed he wasn’t reducing his weight.
It was then Tim decided to do research and began to “hack” his weight using potatoes and other methods.
