This Is How I Save My Life With Amy B. Scher Episode #158

The universe often speaks to us and through us with life’s experiences.

We are always in the right place at the right time.

It seems illogical to believe otherwise, yet many people do.This Is How I Save My Life

When it’s time for you to grow you can either go willingly or unwillingly.

Many, if not all, choose to do the latter.

The universe moves us in the right direction no matter how hard or long we tend to fight.

The right direction might be illness, a lost relationship, or firing from a job.

We often look at these as bad things but the universe is benevolent and is always moving us toward our greater good.

Today’s podcast episode is with author Amy B. Scher on her book, This Is How I Save My Life”.

Amy’s book is filled with universal messages we can all learn from whether its illness or other negative life experiences.

Who is Amy B. Scher

Amy B. Scher is a bestselling author, energy therapist, and leading voice in mind-body healing. Her books have been translated into six different languages.

Amy has been featured in major publications, including Curve magazine, CNN, HuffPost, Cosmopolitan, and the San Francisco Book Review.

She was named one of The Advocate’s “40 under 40”.

Inside The Episode

I originally wanted to interview Amy on her book, ”How To Heal Yourself When No One Else Can.”

I contacted her and got turned down not once but twice! It just so happens Amy was in the midst of writing her second book, “This Is How I Save My Life”.

I decided to chill a bit and contact her a little later. When I contacted her again, she decided to do the interview.

The power of persistence is real.

This interview is among one of my all time favorite interviews I’ve done on Perfectly Healthy And Toned Radio.

I really related to Amy’s book and the trail of universal messages it brings forth.

It turns out Amy and I have a great deal in common as you’ll find out when listening to the episode.
