Illness is a blessing or is it?
How can something, which we think is against us, be for us?
For many, when they encounter an illness the emphasis is placed on doing.
For instance, see a doctor and get treatment.
If that does not work, many rinse and repeat only to get more questions with no answers.
What if sickness was more about “being” and less about doing?
Meaning?
Being in a state of fear versus being in a state of love.
Being in a state of resistance versus a state of allowing.
Almost all illness has roots in the psycho emotional state.
Sickness is a way for the body to speak from the mind.
The speaking starts softly at first then becomes louder.
As the mind speaks louder, the body experiences more pain.
Your body is literally speaking your mind, thoughts and emotions daily.

Inside The Episode
I was surfing Amazon looking for some items I needed and Deb’s book popped up as a suggestion.
I decided to preview the book and was pleasantly surprised. I had read books before on emotions and how they are tied to physical states.
Deb’s book was a bit beyond what I’ve read before, as it talked about Chakras and the extent to which we create our reality.
The book also shed light on why some blame themselves for illness and why this can be counterproductive.
Your Body Speaks Your Mind is a bestseller in the UK.
I had my assistant reach out to Deb thinking I should probably get ready to have an early morning interview because she was in the England.
I was surprised to find she and her husband were in Colorado.
Surprised again!
I really enjoyed doing the podcast and Deb dropped a ton of knowledge on this one!
Enjoy.
